IMS offers three basic services for your business needs. From our environmentally friendly digital imaging and document destruction to the convenience of our secure storage for boxes and files, we make the confidentiality of your business and your customers our top priority.

Not sure whether you need to store your records or convert them to digital images?  If you are legally bound to keep originals of a file you'll probably never look at, storage is going to be your best option.  If you have a medical file that requires attention each time the patient comes in for a visit, you'll be better off scanning it into a digital file that will be available with a simple click.   

However, not every instance is going to be so straightforward.  There are several things to consider when making this decision, but a few of the primary things to look at would be your retention needs, your budget, and how often the document is used.  We would be happy to discuss your options and help you find the best solution (or solutions!) for your needs.
